The crispy and fluffy chips have received rave reviews, with many noting deliciousness and value for money as key factors. The mushy peas and curry sauce are popular sides, complementing the main dishes splendidly. The friendly and helpful staff create an enjoyable atmosphere, ensuring prompt service that keeps patrons returning. While the overall experience is positive, some diners mention occasional waiting times during peak hours, particularly on busy Friday evenings. The dinner rush outmatches lunch, and delays can be notable, so planning ahead is advisable. A few reviews suggest that on rare occasions, the food may not be served as hot as desired. This is typically not the norm, but can happen during very busy times. The limited outdoor seating can also leave some folks wanting more space, especially during nice weather.
